This document describes how to download your Add-On Products software from our customer portal.
Step 1.
Each customer is provided with an ALN number after purchase. This number is listed on the maintenance license paper.
Step 2.
You will need the email address listed as a contact within our system, this is usually the person that initially purchased the software.
Step 3.
Download your software From Add-On Products maintenance webpage,

Missing your login info?
Please contact the system admin in your company or send us an email on info@add-on.com with a request for the login information.
