Server error in My Meetings

 

Symptom

Open My Meetings (by going to My Meetings Stand Alone page or via Outlook), and select an order, the following error is encountered:

Cause

Setting “Deadline for Catering” and holiday affects operation of order form, wherein a recursive calculation for deadline cannot stop if a holiday is placed one day before start date of the reservation.

 

Workaround

Disable the holiday in the Calendar:

• Open the calendar with the holiday you want to disable
• Navigate to the holiday that you want to disable
• Click on the holiday to make it disappear

• Save the calendar to finish.
