In the "Today's Reservation" section on the Door Sign, you can see up to three upcoming reservations for today.

Can I make a reservation for a future time using the Door Sign?
No, you cannot make a reservation for a future time using the Door Sign. The start time is always the current time for an ad hoc meeting scheduled from the screen.

How long of an ad hoc reservation can I make from the screen?
You can make a reservation starting from your current time until the next scheduled meeting time or until midnight, whichever is earlier. For example, if the current time is 9AM and the next meeting start time is 1 PM, you can make a reservation from 9AM until 1PM.
